Unit to create a stream to transfer a file to and from an OPC UA server

This unit allows you to create a stream to transfer a file to and from an OPC UA server. The unit contains two new classes TuaByteStringStream and TuaStream. 

Note: This requires that you have a node with an object class and a type definition of FileType.
